This is a deep, midnight blue - almost black.  In the sunlight, the blue comes out.  That's what is so cool about all of our stabilizers.  They all seem to come to life when exposed to nature.  In time, with use, they will each develop a uniqueness of their own.  Kinda like Eddie's "Mean Street" intro.
